LOLZ!!! i'm on the computer but my stuffs still isn't done!!! ;w; i did get a lot of work on cosplay done tho. i'm just so sick of working on keychains! =w=;;;

i have a question for those of you who are familiar with the copyright laws in the US and/or California. ummmm....ok, so.... i want to make a print based on the Sandplay Singing of the Dragon Vocaloid video (this one --> [link] there are diff versions but i like this one the best) and i want to use the outfits designed for that video. Under the fanart copyright laws, i would be able to draw the vocaloids and sell the print without getting sued, but i wanted to know if i am also allowed to use the Sandplay outfit designs as well as they obviously not mine. Is there a copyright on them??? does anyone know how i can find out??? hahahahaha, i really don't wanna get sued =w=;;;
